Parents struggle to ensure pool safety for their children.

I analysed competitor apps and services to find ways to improve the experience and help users feel in control and at ease from their first interaction with the app

I interviewed 10 parents of young children to learn more about their needs, concerns, and behaviours related to pool safety, as well as what they need in emergencies. I chose interviews because they help me get detailed, personal answers that provide a better understanding of their experiences and concerns in these situations.
